If you have received the Rise Vision error "This Display ID is in use by another Display", it is most likely that another media player has been assigned the same Display ID.
The other possibility is that you have used the Display ID in a Rise Display Preview. This would be a preview URL where you use the Display ID instead of the Presentation ID, for example http://preview.risevision.com/?type=display&id=YOURDISPLAYID.
To resolve this error:
- Remove the existing Display ID. See our FAQ:
- Create a new Display and insert the new Display ID into the media player.
