Why is an error message displayed on my screen about CDMS or IntelliSense.

If you are seeing an error message on the device screen about CDMS or IntelliSense, please contact support@cenique.com.

The root cause of the issue is a slow network connection, and the issue has been resolved with a new release which we can upgrade remotely on the media player.

Please provide the MAC ID or serial# and we can update a Cenique system app on your device. The MAC ID a 12-digit number like: 11:22:BB:77:FF:44, which is displayed on the Cenique home screen; or provide the serial number (e.g. SN12345US) or MAC ID, found on a tag on the Cenique Media Player.
