If we have a firewall, which network ports need to be open?

The following data can be used when troubleshooting network or firewall issues. Please see the general information for all Cenique hardware/software and the specific information per application (IntelliSense, IntelliAd, CDMS, Rise Player).

 

1- ALL Cenique media players

- Our Cenique Media Players use the HTTP and HTTPS protocol for communications.

- The TCP port used are: 80 and 443

- Whitelist the URLs: 

http://cdms.cenique.com/ (AND) https://cdms.cenique.com/

http://*.cenique.com (AND) https://*.cenique.com

 

2- Analytics / IntelliSense

For Customers with an IntelliSense account, also add:

- Our Cenique Media Players use the HTTP and HTTPS protocol for communications.

- The TCP port used are: 80 and 443

- Whitelist the URLs: 

http://analytics.inreality.com  (AND)  https://analytics.inreality.com

http://intellisense.cenique.com (AND) https://intellisense.cenique.com

 

3- CDMS

For Customers with a Cenique Device Manager (CDMS) account, also add:

https://ddgwffwbmhdpt.cloudfront.net       (CDMS-1)

https://d1zo4aroye8xv6.cloudfront.net      (CDMS-2)

 

4- IntelliAd

For Customers with an IntelliAd account, also add:

- Our Cenique Media Players use the HTTP and HTTPS protocol for communications.

- The TCP port used are: 80 and 443

- Whitelist the URLs: 

http://cloud.cenique.com (AND) https://cloud.cenique.com

https://intelliad2repo.s3.amazonaws.com:

https://intelliad3repo.s3.amazonaws.com

 

5- Cenique Rise Player

For Customers with Rise Vision

- The Network ports (TCP) used are: 80, 443, 9494 and 9449

- Whitelist the URLs:
