RMA - Customer Requirements

Customers are required to confirm the following items before returning an RMA device. If a media player is returned to Cenique and is in good working order and the above items have not been confirmed, Cenique will require payment for the return shipping to you.

1- Confirm your installation follows the recommendations in our FAQ: Best Practices for Media Player Installation
2- Confirm the device does not boot-up to the Cenique home screen.
3- Confirm the device does not have any HDMI video output and the screen is blank/black.
4- Confirm you've followed the instructions to complete a factory reset as detailed in the provided FAQ.
5- Confirm the Presentation's video and audio play as expected on another device but not on the RMA device.
6- Ensure the power adapter and HDMI cable are working properly.
