Create a Display for Cenique Support

InReality Support -

To assist Cenique Support in troubleshooting, 

 

1- Create a Display in your Rise Vision account.

- Click on DISPLAYS in the menu at the top of the page.

- Click the 'Add Display' button

- Enter a Name (Cenique) for the Display

- Copy and Paste the Display ID into an email and send to: support@cenique.com

 

2- Send the HTML from the Presentation.

- Click PRESENTATIONS in the menu at the top of the page.

- Select the Presentation from the list.

- Click VIEW HTML </>, which is to the right of the Presentation name.

 

- Click and drag, and copy and paste the HTML into a text file and send it to: support@cenique.com
